PAXBRIDGE is a technology services and business connectivity company. We provide software-enabled workflows, operational coordination, and access to selected third-party service providers.

PAXBRIDGE is not a bank, payment institution, electronic money institution, card issuer, card network, exchange, broker, or digital-asset custodian. We do not open or maintain customer accounts, issue cards, execute regulated payments or foreign-exchange transactions, or safeguard or custody assets. We do not receive, hold, or commingle customer funds, stablecoins, or other digital assets.

Regulated services are provided directly by independent partners under their own terms, licences, fees, and eligibility requirements. Where you use a partner service, your contractual relationship for that service is with the partner. Each partner independently determines eligibility, performs compliance reviews, and makes all final onboarding and transaction decisions. PAXBRIDGE does not guarantee the performance of any partner.

Funds and assets held with partners may not be covered by deposit insurance (such as FDIC insurance in the United States) or by investor compensation schemes. Stablecoins are not bank deposits or legal tender and are not insured by any government. Any protections depend on the partner, the product, and the applicable jurisdiction.

Stablecoin services coordinated through PAXBRIDGE currently cover USDT and USDC. Using stablecoins involves risks, including:

• Issuer risk: the value of a stablecoin depends on its issuer maintaining adequate reserves and honouring redemptions.
• Loss of peg: a stablecoin may trade below or above its reference value, including for extended periods.
• Network risk: blockchain networks can experience congestion, high fees, outages, or technical failures that delay or prevent transfers.
• Irreversible transfers: blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed. Funds sent to a wrong address or on an unsupported network may be permanently lost.
• Regulatory change: laws and regulations relating to stablecoins are evolving and may restrict or change the availability of services.
• Screening and holds: partners screen wallet addresses and transactions, and may delay, reject, or freeze transfers to meet legal obligations.

Quotes for currency or stablecoin conversion are provided by partners and may change until a transaction is executed. Exchange rates, spreads, and fees are set by the relevant partner and disclosed in its terms or in your service agreement. Market conditions can affect the price you receive.

Services are not available in every jurisdiction or for every industry. Availability depends on jurisdiction, business model, transaction profile, and partner approval. Partners may decline, suspend, or end services at their discretion or to meet legal requirements. Processing times are not guaranteed.

Partners perform KYC/KYB, anti-money-laundering checks, and sanctions screening, and may request additional information at any time. Services may not be used for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, or any purpose prohibited by a partner. Incomplete or inaccurate information may lead to delays or refusal.
